You have a strong understanding of Human Resources. You stay on top of HR policies and protocols nationwide, providing broad HR support, ensuring the company and its employees are functioning the best way possible.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the CFO and VP of Operations, the HR + Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Recruitment aspects for the Game Seven Marketing offices.

This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing and screening talent, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations training and development, talent management, policy and procedure compliance and development and maintenance of HR practices.


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process: Source, screen and recruit for internal roles, as needed

  • Onboard and offboard employees

  • Work closely with VP of Operations to maintain positive company culture

  • Provided HR counsel to management and their teams on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies and practices

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

  • Collaborate with the various organization leaders to design and implement employee development programs

  • Nurture a positive work environment

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Ensure legal compliance through human resource management

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field/role

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive role

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

  • In-depth knowledge of nationwide labor law and HR best practices

  • Experience working in a multi-divisional and fast-paced environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently, with great attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
